குழந்தையின் பெயரோ ‘ஜாதி’

துடியாய் துடித்தது ‘மனுநீதி’.

காதலின் நினைவைக் கூறும்
தாஜ்மகால் எனும் பெயரினைக்
கொண்டதால் உன்னை கூறுபோட்டனரோ?
காதலையும் மனிதத்தையும்
அழிக்க நினைப்பவர்கள் அந்தோ!
அழிவார்கள்! -
ஆயுதம் பிடித்தவன்,
ஆணவம் பிடித்தவன் – தீய
இறை கோபத்தைப் பிடித்தவனாம்…

TO REDUCE THE BODY HEAT…!

கர்ப்பகாலத்தில் தாய்மார்களுக்கு வேகவைத்த பாசிப்பயிறை கொடுக்கலாம். எளிதில் ஜீரணமாகும். சத்துக்கள் நேரடியாக கருவில் உள்ள குழந்தைக்கு சென்று சேரும். குழந்தைகளுக்கும், வளர் இளம் பருவத்தினருக்கும் பாசிப்பருப்பு சிறந்த ஊட்டச்சத்து உணவு என்று மருத்துவர்கள் பரிந்துரைக்கின்றனர். வயிறுக்கோளாறுகள் இருப்பவர்கள் பாசிப்பயிறு வேகவைத்த தண்ணீரை சூப் போல அருந்தலாம்.
